I mean, his nationality is that of another country. It’s easy to assume he was born in Japan and not Los Angeles.
What do you mean “passed as an alien”? It clearly is a life form that doesn’t exist on earth. Therefore -> alien.
which episode is this? i want to check it out in the HD version!
It’s one of the very earliest episodes, and I think you’ll see the dog almost right away. I’d guess somewhere in the 2nd to 4th episodes.
Edit: Damnit, I was off by one. It’s episode 5.
