NixOS lets you update just what you want, when you want, and it even lets you roll them back at any time.
I update every single day AND my computer always works.

Where is his right arm?
So instead of multiple providers tracking people all the time there will be a single company doing it, but it’s okay because I should trust them for what reason? Why wouldn’t tracking companies just use their own tracking on top of this new technology?
The divide in these comments perfectly encapsulates why nothing ever gets done when it comes to privacy
Braves adblock is the only technology I know of that gets through the EFF fingerprinting test while still providing a usable experience.
Not worth all the ads and crypto shenanigans though
Patents shouldn’t be valid for more than 5 years imo. If you can’t make a large enough profit from your idea in 5 years maybe it wasn’t that good or original.
I bought an AMD card even though NVIDIAs upscaling is much better. With the added raw performance for the same price, I’m not going to need to rely as much on upscaling. It starts making less and less sense the higher your budget goes though.
They don’t seem to have an issue sending $10 refunds to my bank account, I wonder how much it actually costs them
Yeah mullvad doesnt do the affiliate link and misleading sponsorship shenanigans that make your boomer relatives think they need a vpn
Another L for nix users /s
A little birdie told me there’s a fit girl on the internet who might be able to help
Makes sense C++ makes everything harder
Still blocks my vpn though
Out of curiosity, have you ever had an update break your bypass?
Thanks, I will just pirate it then :)
I’m not saying they should switch to v8. Ideally they’d make their own performant JS engine but I doubt they actually have the resources for that. I’m just wishing for a browser that’s actually good on all fronts even though it realistically cannot exist
Do I have to install EA bullshit to play the campaign?
This is awesome, now if they switch to a JS engine that isn’t slow and buggy on my laptop I have 0 reasons to use anything chromium-based anymore
You can add another revision of nixpkgs as a flake input and use that revision for certain packages. Its not as ergonomic as in Arch (even though they officially dont support partial upgrades). But its still possible and having a stable and unstable flake input usually does the job for me.
