i have the same setup here and have this running fine here. i had similar problems with not running livetv earlier and had to use the jellyfin webinterface to play live tv since the app not work good IIRC.
(using the web player in the jellyfin app IS currently working for me)

i’ll add a kyocera ecosys m5526cdw (laser color with scanner,…) to the list. i don’t know what the currently version of this model is but it didn’t let me down once in the last 5? years. works on Linux, Windows, Android without a problem, the Image quality is ok and the toner costs are really low.

Have you checked if you’re rate limited? I was getting rate limited while downloading games from steam which took me several hours to debug.
Not sure if this is your problem but it might be a thing to check out.
