What options are there really other than capitalism, communism, and everything that mixes the two?
Communism will save the environment.
Since we’re on the topic of Far Cry, pretty much every single character from Far Cry 6. The gameplay was fun but the story and writing was so incredibly bad that I had to force myself to complete story missions.
This isn’t what most houses are like in the US. Sure, there’s a lot like them, but places that don’t have a strong HOA (most places) become very diverse after a while. My home was built in the 60s and was initially very similar to the ones around it. Over time each house gets changed little by little and every house becomes unique.
People hate on the US all the time, but the first amendment is very unique when you consider how other countries are curtailing people’s right to protest, practice their religion, etc.
I don’t think those two statements are on the same level.
They do if it gets them assaulted and their $3,500 toy stolen.
We continue to yell. Tradition is important in my family.

Lemmy’s not an alternative to Twitter, it’s an alternative to Reddit. It’s not even terribly great at that either because of Reddit’s sheer size.
I’d say that the vast majority of people on Twitter couldn’t care less about Elon Musk himself. However, Twitter is actually going downhill now and the only ads I see anymore are either hardcore porn or scams. That’s what’s going to drive people off Twitter.
There is literally no other realistic alternative too it; they’re simply all too small. I still follow many trusted news sources and politicians on it as well as fandoms.
I’m a manchild so I like how big it is. The camera fits my purposes tbh.
My Moto G Stylus 5g (terrible name) is quite good. I can’t fathom buying a high-range phone when my $300 one has more processing power than I have ever used, including when playing games.
They aren’t for anybody in rural areas. You can’t have a train going to every single farm.
I don’t need to trust what he says, he’s already doing it. I can’t imagine living my life hating people for simply being smart money managers. It must be awfully depressing to do that.
I think the issue is with normalizing unhealthy bodies. idc how you look as long as you’re healthy, but society is becoming increasingly accepting of obviously unhealthy lifestyles and bodies. It’s no better than anorexia.
