They couldn’t decide if he committed manslaughter but could decide that he didn’t commit negligent homicide? Even his lawyers couldn’t believe this would happen and that’s why they were requesting a mistrial.
If someone orders me to arrest the members of parliament and I follow that order, I should be at the very least removed from the military.

If failing to close a murder file impressed the police they’d be in a constant state of amazement. About half of homicides are solved and I’m sure premeditated murder outside of family is much much lower than that. 5 to 10 percent for organized crime/gangs for example.

I didn’t watch the whole thing but his dismissal of uranium 233 as “hard” to turn into a bomb is flat out wrong. It has many of the properties of plutonium 239 and would be perfectly fine for an implosion fusion/fission device. You just need to chemically reprocess the fuel from a reactor to get it, just like they did with plutonium.
