I’m rockin’ some Amcrest cameras. Love them. I ran them to my Synology for a while which worked great. Now I have a Amcrest NVR. Security isn’t really an issue since everything is internal. I have a VPN set up to my phone so I can vein the cameras remotely.

Here’s a possibility: In the lifecycle controller, there’s a place to reset the machine to factory defaults. I suppose I should say that it will clear EVERYTHING. Do not do this if you’re tryina save data/configs. But if you’re at last resort and don’t care about data/configs, this has helped me in the past.
