I use Steam ROM Manager to add my games to Steam and it works wonderfully.

2 and 7 for me. I feel like 2 covers 1 to some degree, and who hasn’t wanted to be telekinetic at some point in their life?
Thanks for this. I’ve tired of Fortnite, so I’m always on the lookout for a new game my PS5-playing friend and I (PC) can play.
You’re right. I jumped to the conclusion. Thanks for correcting me.
Hmm, connect let’s me switch between accounts on different instances just fine.
Hmm that link doesn’t appear to work for me
I’m not sure all of these are open source…
You’ve described the exact situation I find myself in: long-time Sync user, using Connect (and honestly enjoying and appreciating it) but anxiously awaiting Sync for Lemmy.
Yes it seems to be working well now with my Lemmy.world account, thanks!
I don’t think the size of Reddit was, itself, responsible for the deterioration, but it did attract bad actors and those not acting in good faith – the bots, reposters, karma whores, etc. It’s an unfortunate side effect that’s hard to guard against when these actors see a huge platform and an opportunity to take advantage and manipulate it.
I think there have been reports that it does not have the tapered glass screen around the edges, but rather, a flat screen. These images appear to confirm that.
I’ve been hunting for a YNAB equivalent and alternative for years since they went subscription based. This looks to fill that hole.
This is my understanding as well. Always thought that if I were to develop an app that I wanted to release far and wide, I’d choose Flutter.
Ah yes, you corrected my logic on the +. Thanks for the added insight on the Google workspace.
Whether or not Lemmy supports this at this point, I dunno, but it’s easy enough to code your username verification to remove all +s and periods before continuing to ensure uniqueness.
Ah thanks. Took me a moment to realize that.
I like this approach. I bought a gaming laptop after Stadia died because I wanted the powerful portability. What I found, however, was that it really wasn’t that portable. I ended up snagging the ROG Ally and been growing my Steam library and really enjoying the experience. I have 2 Xbox controllers and an Xbox wireless dongle that I used with my gaming laptop, and just tried the “docked” experience this morning playing Kingdom Hearts and it worked great. I’m a bit fan of this form factor.
I can’t seem to find wefwef in the play store. Is it there or does one need to side load it.
I’m dumb. You gotta go to the GitHub and go to the app in the web https://wefwef.app and “install” it.
It seems to think my account on Lemmy.world doesn’t exist and won’t load posts.
24k!? Dang. I’m really hoping that contributes to the activity over here. Lemmy provides a similar enough experience that, as long as the people come, it’ll be comparable to Reddit for sure.
One question I’ve been curious about: is your goal to make Sync for Lemmy as close as possible to the same experience as Sync for Reddit, minus any changes that are inherently different between Reddit and Lemmy?
Everything tryna be Twitter now that Twitter is no longer Twitter.
