Did some Googling and found this article: homebrew academy
Reading it it might make sense to kill off the yeast before trying to boil off the alcohol. Maybe use a still so all of the water vapor is captured and flavor retained?

It’s not too late to start the drinking game. Soooo good.
As of the other day the series was on sale at GOG. ~$30 for 0 though 6.
New to the series and started with 0 and been enjoying it.
Haven’t played but from another thread I saw about that game awhile ago was to try and play co-op to start. Was told it can be very difficult initially playing solo.
World of Tanks is similar too. A little faster paced perhaps but doing the right thing in the right place is a 1000% more important than reflexes imo. Never played in clans and it might be different at that level.
I feel like a copy bot just makes a ghost town because there is no OP actually invested in the post. Might not matter as much here though because it’s more news-y than some other communities I’ve seen do this. Really weird to get posts requesting recommendations but from a bot. Like what’s the point?
The in-laws heard about it from the Today show and begged to play it. Ended after the first round and howls of “The Today show lied”. It was not a pleasant evening but that was only a part of it.
Stonemeier always has excellent production values.
I’ve had a similar issue trying to get to !printsf@lemmy.ml in jerboa. Haven’t tried online.
I didn’t do the whole game in one sitting but I was glued to my chair for hours when I started Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Remember looking at them time on my phone and going, “huh, it’s after midnight”. Then again later and finding out it was the beginning of daylight savings time. Went to sleep, woke back up, and played all day again. Fantastic game.
That’s a good point. EGG is basically guaranteed to have it available for the foreseeable future.
Did you play season 2 or 0? We loved season 1 but didn’t like the others. Felt that season 2 changed to much by inverting the core game and season 0 introduced to many concepts. A little over halfway through season 0 we stopped because we’d rather play a game we knew than learn yet another set of rules for that months objectives.
I decided about a year back to work on my steam backlog. Just finished the Titanfall 2 campaign for the first time and it was excellent. Wish there where more games like the sections with the mech combat. Decided to completely change it up and now working on Yakuza 0 which is all over the place and somehow works.
Maybe do a series of horror movie watch parties for October instead?
But battling the small community issue in printSF and Detroit Lions. Makes me miss Reddit.
