17 years ago my husband and I were visiting a friend in Nova Scotia to see if we wanted to move here (we did) and she knew Dan Blenkinship and arranged for a private tour of the site, so we got to see the money pit, 10X and had tea with Dan and his wife. A great experience to have after reading about Oak Island as Brit kid

I hated Reddit towards the end and I’m loving the Fediverse, it feels like the internet of the 90’s

I’ll be staying here, I quite reddit a while back and I prefer the fediverse to the corporate hellsites

Just a reproduction of the old r/yarn on the other site, a place to swap, sell and give away yarn. I thought I would set up a Canada only version

I like it so far, been trying to create a community all day and that hasn’t worked though, but I’m patient

I loved frames and will not hear a word said against them

It’s starting to feel like the 90’s again, but without frames ;-) I haven’t felt this engaged with the internet in years
