Telegram. Set up a Telegram group, upload the videos there. Have full control over who sees the videos.
Don’t use Telegram.
Why?
Russian bots and disinformation, shady business practices, hosting on Tencent servers, etc.
Those are definitely issues, but are they really a problem for what OP wants to do?
Yes, as the chinese have access to Tencent’s services and are not to be trusted with your personal data
