That sounds delicious, and the purple color makes it look even more interesting! I wish ube was sold near me.

  Yeah they are kinda hard to get, if you can, just buy the Ube extract, should be fine!

  If you have an asian grocery store nearby they usually carry frozen ube - works just as good as fresh and way easier to find in most places!
