Unfortunately, the time has come for me to leave Lemmy. Time will show where we all end up. I’ll see you in the future… maybe sooner than you think?

        I really like sh.itjust.works and I’m a mod here. But if I wasn’t, I’d be going to piefed’s main instance in a second. They seem to have a nice configuration. Not a fan of world, but I’m sure there are other great instances.

          I’ve got some philosophical disagreements with the Admin of piefed.social. Nothing negative or anything, we just disagree on a few things and see things differently. Mostly on memes. Lemmy.world and piefed.world I’ve been lucky enough to have great experiences with which is why I’m sticking around, despite probing from admin buddies of other instances to go to their lemmy or their piefed. Including one particular admin of dbzer0 who wants me to move over, the lovable asshole.

            What’s the issue with memes? I have a piefed.social account set up for when the platform is mature enough for me to bail on Lemmy, but I’ll happily go elsewhere if there’s a good reason.
