China supports Bangladesh in opposing external interference and deepening economic cooperation, including through the BRI. PM Hasina and President Xi discussed Bangladesh's foreign policy of "friendship with all and malice for none" and the U.S.'s visa ban and sanctions. China has yet to provide significant financial support to Bangladesh on the Rohingya issue.
