As for touch to wake, it doesn’t work when the proximity / light sensor next to the front camera is covered.

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with raise to wake.

The camera on the Pixel 6 is a hole punch style. Does this then mean that the afformentioned sensors are under the screen? I have a glass screen protector on. Could this be what is interfering with it? Perhaps The glass in front of the proximity sensor is making it think that it is covered.

It may be something like that. I have a 6a and a screen protector on. You can do a test: if you lock the phone and cover the upper part (where the front camera is), the tap-to-wake doesn’t work, but works again when you uncover.

On my P4XL, yes. The power button is the only reliable option, but the other two work often enough that I still use them.

Double-tap to wake used to be super buggy for me but I’ve found it quite reliable with recent updates

Do you keep your phone charged above the battery saver threshold? My (fully updated) 7a sometimes decides it doesn’t want to do tap to wake when the battery saver is on. Never had an issue above 20% battery.
