UPDATED with family statement: Treat Williams, the versatile and prolific actor best known for playing Dr. Andy Brown on Greg Berlanti’s Everwood during a nearly half-century career, has died…
Treat Williams has died in a motorcycle accident. He’s known for roles across film, TV, and stage.
He played the father, Dr. Andy Brown in Everwood. He also stared in the movie version of the musical of Hair from 1979. Dead Heat from 1988 is a fun action comedy horror. He also starred in Prince of the City (1981) about a detective investigating police corruption. He’s in other things, but that’s what I remember him from best.
Any specific movie or show I should remember him from? Don’t know who this guy is.
