Realistically, they would probably redesign an entire wing of a prison to house him, maybe even building one especially for him. He would never be in contact with another prisoner because they could never allow his physical safety to be in jeopardy for an instant. If a conviction didn’t already do it, his injury or death behind bars could start a civil war.
Apparently he would keep the secret service protection, although this is uncharted waters for sure. Opening Arguments podcast OA758: Re-Indicted And It Feels So Good! seems to agree.
