Well spotted, was about to say it myself. At no point in the series did Ed have two meat legs and one meat arm. Just after committing the taboo but before paying to get Al back, and from the point Al got his arm back forward, he had one meat leg and two meat arms (and obviously before committing the taboo he had all four). One arm and two legs, though? Nope, never.
