Alan wake was phenomenal, and final fantasy really grew on me after I resigned myself to the fact it wasn’t going to be anywhere close to that traditional JRPG I’ve been missing.
Playing spider man 2 now, and while it started out a little…I dunno…boring(?) it’s also picked up now, story-wise.
Hopefully it will keep that pace going as I really enjoy the gameplay and traversal elements, but the stuff they’ve thrown together feels very janky.
Just beat both Alan wake 2 and ffxvi.
