Right on. I’ve been living here for 10 years but been coming here since 2007. Been a fan of the coffee from day 1. The domestic coffee culture for specialty coffee has really grown a lot in the last decade.

sorry to deceive. I am just living living, I’m not from here. That said, I support the home team and buy pretty much only Vietnamese grown and roasted specialty coffee. Typica and bourbon beans are what I usually buy. If you are in Saigon, do you know Every Half coffee roaster, those guys are good. Since I live in Hanoi I frequent a couple of Hanoi roasters.
That is not unique to Vietnamese coffee in the States. Bikini coffee places have been a thing in the States for 20 years or more.
Never seen a Vietnamese lady in bikini serving ca phe sua da here in Hanoi.
That is good to know.
No one reads the damned article. France didn’t ban porn nor Porn Hub, they put in a place an age verification law and now PH is banning French IP addresses.
Did you find any places offering pour over or is it all espresso based?

None should have been pardoned and more should have been shot on Jan 6
18 now that we have kids but 20 before we had kids.
A worse but more expensive product.
TLDR: A worse but more expensive product. Heavier and more fragile for more money.
Skipped pouring the coffee.
In Akihabara district there is a coffee shop called Keilo Coffee that had some fantastic coffee when I was there last year. Their selection changes frequently but always looks good.
exactly. Had the oldest one clean the floors before bed last night and that lasted until they all woke up in the morning.
Thank you for your service!
Good old Ben, nothing creepy about that at all.
I live in Hanoi, Vietnam. I buy online from the Viet Beans roaster that does exclusively Vietnamese farm sourced beans. https://www.facebook.com/vietbeanscoffee
I also sometimes buy from Oriberry which is the original 3rd wave farm to shop roaster in Hanoi. https://oriberry.com/
