His apology is hilarious. The Seinfeld DVD boxset is about to be released and Kramer’s outburst is lowering sales. Jerry invited him onto Lettermen and despite him actually trying to apologize everyone thinks he’s doing a bit
I remember that on Letterman and I didn’t think he was doing a bit but I remember it being terribly awkward, which was probably appropriate. And I believe it’s affecting sales because I like the show but I think about the outburst every single time I see Kramer in a scene.
Somewhat unrelated, but I didn’t know dvd releases were still a thing in 2023.

I mean, just because he isnt flat broke doesnt mean it didnt absolutely stomp the brakes on the mans career. He was absolutely radioactive for a decade, its only recently that sentiment on him has thawed.
He was on Comedians in Cars getting Coffee and he’s still just emotionally hurt from the experience.

Out of all of the 90s entertainment, Kramer wasnt bad at all.
