She said there was no vinegar in the recipe, but everybody said the vinegar taste was overwhelming. WTF?
I hope it’s just that she mixed up an ingredient (with another not-exactly-inedible ingredient.)
It’s possible she used marinated archichoke from a bottle, which has vinegar with a capital V.
She left it out in the counter for a day too long.
